Implement
Apply a manufacturing procedure to implement hardware and/or software components into a system.
During the training tool project for archers, I produced a prototype as well as a justification document for the team. In it, one can find the clear expression of the requirements specification, the functional analysis, and the GANTT chart.
Execute the commissioning of a system according to procedure
During the variable speed drive project, I sought to implement an industrial solution into an already existing system.
I gave a mid-term presentation for the system's commissioning in which I made a comparison with the cabinet's STB (Spécification Technique du Besoin / Technical Requirement Specification). By doing this, I proved that the system complies with all standards. Consequently, it can operate in conformity.
Produce an installation and commissioning procedure for a system.
During the environmental sensor project (SAE5), I created a production / installation procedure to explain how to commission the system.
During the variable speed drive project, I created a replacement procedure for the drive, which can also serve as a commissioning procedure for a system.
Evaluate system conformity
During the underwater watch project, I performed tests to verify the system's conformity. I produced a test procedure with the objective of verifying the system's proper operation and compliance with each requirement (V-Model). It was during this test that I realized an error: the microphone's gain is fixed. The transmission will work correctly only for a fixed distance; below this distance, the microphone is saturated, and above it, the signal is too weak and the decoder will not be able to operate.

Produce the system conformity file while managing versioning
Throughout the variable speed drive project, I created a DJC (Dossier Justificatif de Conception / Design Justification File) in which one can find the entire argumentation for the project, [and the] product development with the comparison to the cabinet's STB (Spécification Technique de Besoin / Technical Requirement Specification).
I created interface parts in CAD to be able to integrate the drive into the cabinet. I produced detail drawings for the boiler-making (metalwork) department in order to manufacture the parts. I included these 4 drawings in the "COFFRET DE DEMARRAGE VARIATEUR POUR MOTEUR SYNCHRONE 5A OU ASYNCHRONE 16A (INTERFACE OMSA 1000C) – DETAIL" hardware plan. I added the addition of these 4 plans to the modification page and indexed (revisioned) it where necessary.
I thus produced a system conformity file while managing versioning.
